Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure, acting upon Conclusions no.: 00-63-15/13-31/5, adopted on the meeting held on 16 September 2013 regarding the Control of the Privatisation Procedure of HTP “Onogošt” AD Nikšić, addressed the competent state bodies – Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office and Police Administration initiating thus investigation on operations of the company in the period from stock market sale in 2005 up to introduction of classical bankruptcy in March 2012.

The Commission had also submitted Initiative to the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism and the bankruptcy trustee in the actual bankruptcy for initiation of the work in objects of HTP “Onogošt” AD Nikšić, with special reference to overviewing possibilities for initiating the work process in the old part of hotel “Onogošt” in Nikšić, particularly “Gradska kafana” (Town’s cafe) and restaurant as well as part of the accommodation capacities with engagement of former employees.
