At their ninth meeting held today, the Commission held a discussion dedicated to the current situation of the bankruptcy procedure and bankruptcy in the Aluminium Plant Podgorica (KAP).

Apart from the Commission members, the following also participated in the work of the Commission: Mr Veselin Perišić, Bankruptcy Administrator in KAP; Mr Nebojša Dožić, Head of KAP Coordination Team; Ms Sandra Obradović, President of the KAP Trade Union; Mr Rade Krivokapić, President of the KAP Aluminium Trade Union; and the interested MP Andrija Mandić.
