In addition to members of the Committee, the following attended and took part in the meeting: Minister of Transportation and Maritime Affairs Mr Ivan Brajović, representative of the Privatisation and Capital Projects Council Mr Branko Vujović, Chair of the Tender Commission for Privatisation and Secretary of the Tender Commission for Privatisation Ms Ivana Šarančević  Jovićević,  Director of the Port Administration of Montenegro Mr Mladen Lučić, councillors of Bar Municipality Mr Savo Vujošević and Mr Emil Duraković, Coordinator for Sustainable Development of MANS Ms Ines Mrdović and representative of the Trade Union of AD KTGT Bar Mr Zoran Tajić.

Following the discussion, the Chairperson of the Commission Mr Janko Vučinić proposed conclusion on privatisation procedure “Container Terminals and General Cargo” AD Bar”, which was not supported by the required majority.
