In the work of the meeting, apart from the members of the Commission, participated also the member of the Privatisation and Capital Projects Council, Branko Vujović, Acting Director General of the Directorate for Public Roads, Angelina Živković, Chairman of the ″Crnagoraput″ JSC Podgorica Trade union, Miodrag Savović, legal representative of the workers of ″Crnagoraput″ JSC Podgorica, attorney-at-law, Branislav Ćupić and the coordinator of the MANS Research Centre, Ines Mrdović.

Following the introduction remarks of the present, members of the Commission agreed to adjourn the debate on this agenda item, as to try to provide, for the sake of its continuation, the presence of the owner representative of the company "Strabag" AG from Austria, as well as the Executive Director of the company "Crnagoraput".

During the remainder of the meeting, the Commission adopted Conclusions regarding the control of privatization process of Hotel "Otrant" JSC Ulcinj.

Commission members also discussed the request of the TE "PKB Herceg Novi" JSC Zelenika Union Organization, regarding the control of the privatization process of the company, on the occasion of which the representatives of the Commission will meet with them.
