The following also took part in the meeting: President of the Tender Commission of the Privatisation and Capital Projects Council of the Government of Montenegro Mr Branko Vujović, Acting General Director of the Directorate for Maritime Traffic Mr Vladan Radonjić, Director of the Port Authority Mr Mladen Lučić, representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare Ms Vanja Janković and Ms Tijana Prelević, representative of the Board of Directors of “Adriatic Shipyard” JSC, Bijela Mr Petar Tušup, President of the Organisational Board of workers of “Adriatic Shipyard” JSC, Bijela Mr Vuko Rmandić, lawyer Mr Aleksandar Kovačevi and coordinator of the MANS Research Centre Ms Ines Mrdović.

Following the  discussion and expressed positions on the previous privatisation procedure and introduction of programme bankruptcy in the “Adriatic Shipyard” JSC, Bijela, members of the Commission adopted one conclusion, while other conclusions regarding  this privatisation procedure will be adopted
