Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considers proposals for the laws and general acts and other issues relating to the following: development and strategy of economic development of Montenegro; conditions for operations of the market and market economy; economic activity, enterprise and investment; natural riches, energy, mining, industry, maritime affairs, transportation and commerce; budget of Montenegro and final budget statement of Montenegro; financial rights and commitments of Montenegro; taxes and other fees; customs; banks; securities; credits, public loans and borrowing of Montenegro; insurance of property and persons; games of chance; property and legal, ownership and contractual relations.
