The joint seminar will be primarily devoted to the priorities of internal and foreign policy of the Kingdom of Morocco, common international strategy to combat the security challenges in the Middle East, challenges and strategies of the fight against extremism, security sector reform, situation in Libya - security in Sahel, as well as facing up to corruption, migration trends and cooperation throughout the Mediterranean.
The joint 91st Rose-Roth Seminar and Seminar of the Mediterranean and Middle East Special Group and Sub-Committee on Transatlantic Economic Relations of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, supported by the Swiss Government, will bring together more than 100 participants, namely: parliamentarians from NATO and associate members and partnering states, high officials, representatives of the international organisations, nongovernmental sector, university, governments and representatives of public opinion.
