The 25th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, where some 300 parliamentarians from more than 50 countries will attend, will be marked by adoption of resolutions on challenges in the field of security, human rights economy and protection of environment.
The Session will cover topics such as: crisis in Ukraine, new escalation of conflicts in Nagorno-Karabakh, respect of fundamental freedoms, right of refugees and climate change. Furthermore, there will be a discussion on providing guidelines for adequate fight against terrorism and ensuring the rule of law in the OSCE field.
The Session will last until 5 July, when the adoption of the proposed resolution is expected, and also election of the new president of the Parliamentary Assembly, members of the Bureau and chairs of the committees.
The following will take part in the Session on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro - President of the Parliament of Montenegro and Head of Delegation Mr Darko Pajović and MPs Mr Slaven Radunović, in his capacity of permanent member of the Delegation and Mr Branko Čavor, as substitute member.
