The following agenda was determined for the eighth meeting of the Anti-Corruption Committee:

1. Election of Deputy Chairperson of the Committee;
2. Reaching decisions on implementation of the Committee Plan for 2013:
a) scheduling a consultative hearing at the joint meeting with the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration on the occasion of MANS initiative in terms of providing the independence of the Council and local misdemeanour offices through change of the legislative framework in the part relating to appointment and dismissal of magistrates;
b) Association of Composers of Montenegro application;
c) Other issues from the Committee Plan;

3. Reaching a decision on MANS initiative 00-63-13/13-28 of 24 October 2013;
4. Miscellaneous.

In this meeting, Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić was elected as the Deputy Chairperson of the Anti-Corruption Committee.
