Following the determination of the datum for holding a consultative hearing at the joint meeting with the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, on the occasion of MANS initiative regarding the provision of independence of the Council and local misdemeanour offices through implementation of the legislative framework in the part relating the appointment and dismissal of magistrates, the Committee established further measures on application submitted the Association of composers of Montenegro. Afterwards, the Committee adjourned the meeting due to the lack of quorum, and it will be continued on Wednesday, 27 November 2013.
