At their joint meeting, the Security and Defence Committee and the Anti-Corruption Committee considered the Proposal for the Budget Law of Montenegro for 2014, and in accordance with Article 137 paragraph 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, they would submit their opinion to the umbrella committee – Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget.
