On the occasion of the application of workers of ″Montavar-Metalac″ from Nikšić, the Committee decided to ask Vujica Lazović, Deputy Prime Minister for economic policyand financialsystem, Vladimir Kavarić, Minister of Economy, Mitar Bajčeta,Chairman of the State Aid Control Commission, Veselin Vučković, Acting Supreme State Prosecutor and Slavko Stojanović, Director of the Police Administration, to submit the information, within 15 days, and the Committee will determine its position in that regard upon receiving the information.

On the occasion of the application of the Network for Affirmation of Non-Governmental Sector, the Committee decided to ask Veselin Vučković, Acting Supreme State Prosecutor and Slavko Stojanović, Director of the Police Administration, to submit the information, within 10 days and the Committee will determine its position in that regard upon receiving the information

On the occasion of individual applications of citizens, the Committee decided to determine its position after receiving information from state authorities, the following:

- on the occasion of the application of Ljubomir Martinović, the Committee will ask Supreme State Prosecutor and the Ministry of Justice for the information;

- on the occasion of the application of the DF councilor of Municipality Budva, the Committee will ask the Supreme State Prosecutor and the Ministry of Justice for the information;   

- on the occasion of the application of Milutin Bozović, the Committee will ask the Ministry of Justice for the information;

- on the occasion of the application of Dragan Biga, the Committee will ask for the information from the Ministry of Justice;

- on the occasion of the application of Vojislav Cvijović, the Committee will ask the Ministry of Justice for the information;

- on the occasion of the application of the attorney-at-law, Darko Hajduković, authorised legal representative of aggrieved party of Stevo and Branka Vujačić, the Committee will ask the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Interior for the information;
