Mr. Duško Marković, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, attended the meeting, in which they discussed the role of the Government in combating corruption and organised crime in view of the obligations from the EC 2012 Progress Report for Montenegro, as well as regarding the Screening Report for Chapters 23 and 24.

Additionally, it was agreed for the Committee to address the Collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro for the purpose of drafting the Rulebook (code of conduct) on petitions and complaints, in accordance with the Article 48a indent 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
