At its 44th meeting held on 22 June 2016, the Anti-corruption Committee unanimously adopted the following decision that, pursuant to Article 147 of the Law on Public Prosecution Office, the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office should submit to the Anti-corruption Committee a special report for the period from 1 January 2016 to 1 June 2016, relating to responsibilities referred to in Article 3 of the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office and actions of the prosecutor’s office regarding conclusion of the agreement on admission of guilt referred to in Article 300 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, and delayed prosecution referred to in Article 272 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, within 15 days (until 7 July 2016).
