Representatives of international organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina UNDP, OSCE and DCAF spoke during the second session. After the discussion, representatives of NGOs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the Director of the Agency for Gender Equality in Sarajevo, Ms. Samra Filipović-Hadžiabdić spoke on the topic of the conference.

Within final considerations of the outlined models of protection of human rights and freedoms of armed force members the advisor to the Security and Defence Committee, Mr. Slaviša Šćekić spoke, who in his speech referred to the question of the integrity of the development of institutions and individuals in the system of defense and security, as the guarantor of functioning system, and also respect for human rights.

During the first day, member of the Committee Mr. Obrad Mišo Stanišić spoke on the topic of the Conference.

The gathering is organised by the Office of the Parliamentary Military Commissioner of Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the UNDP Office in Sarajevo, with the goal of the exchange of positive experiences and good practices in the protection of human rights and freedoms of armed forces of the participating countries.

The member of the Security and Defence Committee, Mr. Obrad Mišo Stanišić, and advisor to the Committee, Mr. Slaviša Šćekić, participated in the work of the Conference.
