After the introductory remarks by the representative of the proponent and the discussion that followed, and taking into consideration the circumstance that the adoption of this law was aimed at normative promotion of the protection of persons and property in order to enhance the responsibility of all subjects of protection, the Committee decided by a majority of votes to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Law on Protection of Persons and Property.
