The gathering is organised by the Parliamentary Military Commissioner of Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the UNDP Office in Sarajevo.

The aim of the conference is to exchange positive experiences and good practice regarding protection of the human rights and freedoms of the armed forces personnel of the countries attending the conference, and mainly Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia. The participants will be specially addressed by the representatives of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark. The gathering represents a continuation of the conference held in February 2011.

Mr. Obrad Mišo Stanišić, member of the Committee on Defence and Security, as well as Mr. Slaviša Šćekić, advisor to the Committee, will take part in the work of the conference.
