Head of the Parliament of Montenegro standing delegation to the NATO PA will take part in the 85th Rose-Roth seminar on the topic “Security and democratisation in the Western Balkans: Anchoring stability and encouraging reforms”, which will be held in Sarajevo in the period 18-20 March 2014.

President of the Parliament of Montenegro and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić will speak at the opening of the gathering.

During the seminar, the following will be discussed: chances for enlargement of the European Union and NATO to the Western Balkan, security cooperation in the region, current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, reforms in view of managing the defence sector and building integrity and future of relationship between Serbia and Kosovo.

The gathering is organised by the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in cooperation with Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
