Following the introductory explanation, amendment 1 to the Proposal for the Law by the MP Draginja Vuksanović did not obtain the necessary majority of Committee votes, and the representative of the proposer of the Law did not agree with it as well. Amendment 1 by the MP Draginja Vuksanović was accepted by the representative of the proposer, thus becoming an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Law.

Following the introductory explanation by the representatives of submitters of the amendments, the expressed position of the representative of the proposer of the Law of not accepting the amendments, and the discussion led afterwards, the amendments (3) submitted by the MPs Dritan Abazović, Srđan Perić and Darko Pajović did not obtain the necessary majority of Committee votes.
