Following the comprehensive discussion on the topic of the control hearing, the following conclusions were adopted:

1. The Committee states that the National Security Agency, as security-intelligence service, and an integral part of Montenegro’s security system - in the context of keeping and saving data - has been undertaking measures and activities in line with its legal authorisations, safety standards, procedures and other fields defining the subject area; 

2. Bearing in mind the importance of the above issues, the Committee confirms full readiness to continue monitoring the legality of the work of the authorities, in accordance with its powers, in order to ensure the effective implementation of laws and rule of law;

3. Committee insist on continuation of the full professional communication of the relevant bodies with citizens, with the aim of effective protection of human rights and freedoms and strengthening confidence in this regard.
