After the discussion, the Committee unanimously decided to recommend this Proposal to the Parliament for adoption.
The Decision on control hearing of the Minister of Interior Affairs and Special Prosecutor of the Department for Suppression of Organised Crime, Corruption, Terrorism and War Crimes regarding implementation of secret surveillance measures at the Criminal Police Sector of the Police Directorate were reached at the meeting, as well as the Decision on extraordinary activity of the Committee on visit to this Sector, in line with provision of Article 15 of the Law on parliamentary oversight in the fields of security and defense.
