Chairman of the Security and Defence Committee Mr.Mevludin Nuhodžić met with the Head of the OSCE Mission Democratization Programme to Montenegro, Mr. Lloyd Tudyk, today

The importance of the necessity of a permanent cooperation and information exchange emphasised.

Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee Mr. Mevludin Nuhodžić met today with the representative of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Mr. Lloyd Tudyk, the Head of the Democratization Programme.

The Meeting was organized with the aim of the exchange of ideas on possible forms of cooperation in the following period, primarily implementation of the plans and needs of the Security and Defense Committee.

In the introductory part, Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Mevludin Nuhodžić, thanked to the OSCE Mission to Montenegro on the previous cooperation, assessing it as quality and constructive and presented proposals for the following cooperation. Chairman Nuhodžić placed the special stress on the issues of continuous education of the members and service of the Committee in the fields that that parliament body was centred around.

Representative of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Mr. Lloyd Tudyk, emphasized the full readiness of the Department that he managed, for the continuation of the successful cooperation, presenting actual proposals which would contribute to more successful implementation of adopted Work Plan of the Security and Defence Committee.

Importance of the necessity of a permanent cooperation and information exchange that addressed the needs of the Committee for the purpose of improving the quality level in performing parliamentary oversight in the security and defence field was jointly emphasised.
