Member of the Security and Defense Committee Luiđ Ljubo Škrelja will participate in a seminar on "Consensus in decision-making - a strategy or stalemate", which will be held from 23 to 25 September 2014 in Rakitje, Republic of Croatia.   

The gathering will address the various aspects of achieving consensus in decision-making, with special reference to the effects of the above mentioned, the regional dimension and its implementation in the process of security sector reform.

Seminar is organized by the Centre for Security Cooperation (RACVIAC).
