At the second meeting of the Security and Defense Committee, the Proposal for the Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2011 with the Report on the Audit of the Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2011 was considered, in the part regarding following spending units: Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior Affairs and National Security Agency. After discussion with special regard to recommendations that the State Audit Institution submitted to the entities from the field of security and defense, the Committee suggested that the Parliament should adopt this Proposal for the Law.

In continuation of the discussion, the Report of the State Audit Institution on audit of the Annual financial statement of the National Security Agency of Montenegro from 2011 was considered. After the discussion, the Committee expressed the opinion of the State Audit Institution given on this occasion and assessed as very important to be introduced with the results that the National Security Agency made regarding issued recommendations. In addition, the Proposal for Plan on Parliamentary Oversight for 2013 was also discussed at the meeting.
