At the first meeting of the Security and Defence Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, Proposal of the Budget of Montenegro for 2013 was considered, with participation of representatives of proponents of the law and representatives of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior and Agency for National Security. After the performed debate, the Committee adopted the Opinion which would be submitted to the line committee.
