Upon the invitation of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Deputy Chairperson of the Security and Defence Committee Ms Snežana Jonica is participating in the workshop titled: “Code of Conduct on Politico-Military Aspects of Security - review and perspective: establishing reforms, implementation, parliamentary oversight and outreach”, which is being held in Belgrade, in the period 6-9 October 2015.
The gathering has paid a special attention to practical aspects of implementation of the parliamentary oversight over the work of security services, army and police in the context of application of the OSCE Code of Conduct, and implementation of international humanitarian right and Resolution 1325 of the United Nations Security Council “Women, Peace and Security”
