The continuationof the Security and Defence Committee’s meeting, whose agenda envisaged the debate on the Proposal for 2016 Budget Law of Montenegro, has been postponed due to the lack of quorum.  The meeting will be continued in the Blue Room, on Monday, 14 December, starting at 8:00h
