On the first day of the Seminar, which is being held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, the topics included responsibility of the parliament toward the citizens, European Union and European security and defence policy, as well as key issues in NATO, and the accession process. The MPs had the opportunity to speak with experts and lecturers from the Marshal Centre on the topics relevant to Montenegro on its path to European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

Members of the Security and Defence Committee will participate in the Seminar: Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Luiđ Ljubo Škrelja, Mr Vasilije Lalošević, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Predrag Bulatović, Mr Andrija Mandić and Mr Zoran Miljanić.
