Conference on the topic “Relations between the State Audit Institutions and the Parliament” will be held in Budva, in hotel “Maestral”, on 18 and 19 November 2013.
The Conference is organised under the auspices of the Network of Supreme Audit Institutions of Candidate and Potential Candidate Countries and the European Court of Auditors (the Presidents' Network).
High representatives of audit institutions and parliaments of the following countries are to participate in the Conference: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey, together with the representatives of the European Court of Auditors and numerous international experts.
The Conference will also be attended by Mr Vítor M. da Silva Caldeira, President of the European Court of Auditors and Mr Jean-Eric Paquet, Director for Enlargement Policy and Strategy, DG Enlargement, European Commission.
On behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro, the following will participate in the Conference: Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MA, Chairperson of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget, and Mr Zoran Vukčević, PhD, member of the Committee.
The Conference will be opened by the following: Mr Milan Dabović, PhD, President of the Senate of the State Audit Institution; Mr Željko Šturanović, Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro; Mr Radoje Žugić, PhD, Minister of Finance; and Mr Milan Martin Cvikl, member of the European Court of Auditors.
