During the four hour discussion, in which the MPs, representatives of the Government and representatives of KAP and the Union of the Bauxite Mine participated, there had been different views presented regarding the possible suggested solutions which were included in the Information that the Government delivered to the Committee, and which, among other things, contained three suggested options for resolving the current situation in KAP, as well as the Proposal for three conclusions if the first option is to be accepted – Arrangement between the Government, CEAC and En+ Group on taking over of the ownership in KAP. The remaining two options are proclamation of bankruptcy and offer of the Turkish company Tosyali holding.
After the discussion, the Committee decided to give its opinion on the Proposal for the conclusion which is to be submitted, during the continuation of the meeting, which is to be convened in due time.

First continuation of the fifth meeting of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget held
At the fifth meeting resumed, the Committee continued the discussion on realisation of Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro (No: 00-72/12-2/24) on the occasion of the review of exercising of Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro regarding the adoption of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on assuming the loan of AD Aluminium Plant Podgorica (KAP) (No: 00-72/12-2/13).
