At today’s continuation of the 50th meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget unanimously (with seven votes “for”) established Assessments and positions regarding the consultative hearing on the topic: “Housing loans indexed in CHF (Swiss frank) and application of foreign currency clause in loan contracts – Law regulation”, which would be submitted to participants in discussion and relevant institutions.
The Committee also held the continuation of the 48th meeting, considering three proposals for laws, submitted by MPs: Zoran Jelić, Filip Vuković, Veljko Zarubica, Marta Šćepanović and Zorica Kovačević, namely: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Value Added Tax and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax as well as five Amendments by MPs Nikola Gegaj and Radovan Obradović submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax and five Amendments by MPs Nikola Gegaj and Radovan Obradović submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance.
Following the discussion, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax with Amendments 1, 2 and 5 by MPs Nikola Gegaj and Radovan Obradović. MP Nikola Gegaj decided to withdraw Amendments 3 and 4 submitted to the concerned Proposal for the Law.
Following the discussion, the Committee also decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance with Amendments 2, 3 and 4 by MP Nikola Gegaj and Radovan Obradović. MP Nikola Gegaj decided to withdraw Amendments 1 and 5 submitted to the concerned Proposal for the Law.
The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax.
The Committee also considered seven amendments to the Law on Combined Transportation of Cargo, submitted by MPs Srđan Milić and Snežana Jonica and decided, following the position of the Government’s representative, to propose to the Parliament not to accept it.
