Upon finishing the seventh meeting, the second continuation of the fifth meeting of the Committee was held, in which they continued the discussion on implementation of the Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro (number: 00-72/12-2/24) regarding implementation of the Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro regarding adoption of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on assuming the debt of AD Aluminium Plant Podgorica (KAP) (number: 00-72/12-2/13).

In the two-hour discussion, in which both the members of the Committee and the representatives of the Government participated, there have been varying opinions regarding the submitted information of the Government on implementation of the Parliament’s conclusions regarding KAP (number: 00-72/12-2/29). After the debate ended, the Chairman of the Committee postponed the voting on the said information due to announced absence of some members of the Committee, the need for harmonisation of the considered Information with the third parliamentary Decision from 8th June 2012, (number: 00-72/12-2/24),as well as the need for additional consultations at the collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro regarding convening a meeting to discuss theissue of KAP and establish the work dynamic of the Committee. In accordance with the Article 67 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the representatives of the Trade Union of KAP and the Trade Union of Bauxite Mine also attended the meeting.
