The focus of the meeting will be the forthcoming, final deadline for the implementation of the Third energy package of the EU regulations, relating to the liberalization of the electricity and natural gas market into the national legislation of the member countries of the Energy Community and the requirements of the High Level Reflection Group, which aims to assess the adequacy of institutional development and method of work of the Energy Community in achieving the objectives of the Treaty establishing the Energy Community.
