The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to reject three amendments submitted by MPs Mr. Srđan Milić, Ms. Zdenka Popović and Mr. Aleksandar Damjanović, and two amendments submitted by MPs Mr. Nebojša Medojević and Ms. Branka Bošnjak.

The Committee, with majority votes, decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt three amendments submitted by MPs Mr. Zoran Jelić and Mr. Damir Šehović. The representative of the proponent accepted these amendments, which correct the tax base and tax rate.

Considering the fact that the submitter of two amendments, MP Mr.  Andrija Popović, was not in able to attend the meeting, the Committee did not comment on the submitted amendments.
