Getting familiar with the Information on the procedure of public procurement for the election of independent external auditor, as well as with the Opinion of the Committee on auditing Central Bank, the Committee agreed to elect „KPMG d.o.o. Podgorica“ and „KPMG  d.o.o. Beograd“ as independent external auditor.

In accordance with Article 51 of the Law on State Audit Institution, the Committee established the Draft budget of the State Audit Institution for 2015 and will submit it to the Government of Montenegro.

The Committee did not support the Initiative for making Decision on the audit of the Annual Financial Report of the State Audit Institution.                                                                

Also, in accordance with Article 33 of the Law on State Audit Institution, the Committee decided to make a public call for the appointment of a member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution. The deadline for submission of applications is fifteen days and a public call shall be published in the newspapers "Pobjeda", "Dnevne novine", "ND Vijesti" and "Dan", as well as on the website of the Parliament of Montenegro.
