The Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Design.

Having taken into account the eight proposals for laws, submitted by MPs of SNP, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament for adoption the Proposal for the Law on the Protection of State Interests in the energy sector of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on cessation of the Law on Fees for Access to Certain Services of General Interest and for the Use of Tobacco Products and electro-acoustic and acoustic devices.

The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to reject: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Aid Control, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Restitution of the Confiscated Property Rights and Compensation; Proposal for the Law on Determining the Maxim Wage in the Public Sector, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Payment of Foreign Currency Assets of Citizens Placed With Domestic bank Dafiment ad Belgrade and Private Economy Bank dd Podgorica, placed via the company Jugoskandik dd Belgrade, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on state surveying and cadastre; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Audit Institution.

The Committee started considering the 11th item of the Agenda, related to implementation of the Conclusion of the Parliament regarding KAP. The Committee decided to continue the discussion on Information on manner of implementation of Parliament conclusions, from 29th February 2012, with the proposal for conclusions, submitted by the Government of Montenegro.

The continuation of the meeting of the Committee was planned for 28th February 2013.
