The Committee debated on Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Insurance, Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Securities, Proposal for the Law on the Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Electronic Communications as well as Proposal for the Law on the Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Energy. It was concluded that proposed amendments establish the obligations of independent regulatory bodies to deposit the surplus of the income over expenditures into the budget of Montenegro. Additionally, it was concluded that the proposed solutions are of temporary character and are a part of the set of measures of fiscal adaptation aimed at decreasing negative effects of the crisis. After the debate, the Committee postponed their declaration on the set of said laws for the continuation of the meeting.

The continuation of the third meeting is to be held on Monday 28th January, when the Committee shall also consider Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Income Tax of Natural Persons.
