In the fourth continuation of the 75th meeting, after getting acquainted with the contents of previously requested information submitted by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Montenegro, the Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on consensual financial restructuring of debts to financial institutions.

Given that the Committee was not in full composition, the Proposal for the Decision on the appointment of a member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution was not determined.
