During thethree hourdebate, which was among others attended by the Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs, his co-workers, director of the Tax Administration and the Director General of the Budget Directorate, numerous and complex issues, submitted to the Committee, were reviewed, relating to the content of the proposed legislation and accompanying documentation: the Contract for design and construction of the highway Bar – Boljare, the Contract on preferential loan for the buyer for the project construction of the highway Bar-Boljare, section Smokovac - Mateševo between the Government of Montenegro and the Export - Import Bank of China and Conditions of Contract for the installation and design - construction, International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).

After the discussion, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament the Law on the highway Bar – Boljare for adoption, under the summary procedure.
