88th meeting the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget ends

The Committee has submitted five amendments to the Proposal for the 2015 Budget Law of Montenegro and considered 12 amendments, submitted to the two proposals for laws

At today’s continuation of the 88th meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget decided to submitted five amendments to the Proposal for the 2015 Budget Law of Montenegro. Representative of the proposer accepted the concerned amendments, and those have become an integral part of the wording of the 2015 Budget Law of Montenegro. Representative of the proposer of the three groups of amendments to the Proposal for the Budget Law, filed under number 33/14-7/38, 33/14-7/39 and 33/14-7/40, MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, informed the Committee the he withdrew the said amendments from the procedure.

The Committee has also considered ten amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax. With regard to four amendments submitted by MPs Mr Milorad Vuletić, Mr Radovan Obradović, Ms Žana Filipović and Mr Nikola Gegaj. The Committee stated that amendments 1 and 3 had become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. Representative of the proposer informed the Committee that he abandoned the amendment 2. The Committee also noted that one amendment of MPs Mr Milorad Vuletić, Mr Rešid Adrović, Mr Radovan Obradović, Mr Žana Filipović and Mr Nikola Gegaj has become an integral part of the wording of the Proposal for the Law. The six amendments submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović were not supported by the requested majority.
