Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget hold its 92nd meeting

Proposal for the Law on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of the Insurance Companies supported

At its 92nd meeting held today, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament the adoption of Proposal for the Law on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of the Insurance Companies, harmonising Montenegrin legislation with the EU acquis, and precisely defining and regulating legal situations which may occur to insurance companies in their process of exiting the market.
