At today’s 94th meeting, the Committee considered the Report on the usage of the Parliament of Montenegro’s funds for the period 1 January - 31 December 2014 together with the Report on Public Procurements, which, in line with Article 28 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, is submitted by the Secretary General. Following the discussion, which covered issues such as: funds spent for consultant services, projects and studies, the amount of expenditures for service contracts, the amount of funds for the existing maintenance, the Committee assessed, by a majority of votes, that the Annual Report in a transparent and clear way presented the usage of financial funds for the previous year, and supported the Report on the usage of the Parliament of Montenegro’s funds for the period 1 January - 31 December 2014 supported together with the Report on Public Procurements.
The Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on the Protection of Consumers-Users of Financial Services, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.
