The Committee did not support two proposals for laws submitted by MPs of Positive Montenegro, in relation to amendments to the Law on Tax Administration and to the Law on Contributions for Social Insurance.

After the proponent of the law, MP of Democratic Front, announced his withdrawal of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax on Games of Chance and Entertainment Games, the Committee decided on other 11 proposals.

The Committee did not support the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax on the Use of Motor Vehicles, Vessels and Aircrafts, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax of Real Estates, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Concessions, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Excise; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax of Natural Persons; Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on State Audit Institution; Proposal for the Law on Montenegrin Development Bank; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Central Bank and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax of Legal Persons.

Furthermore, the Committee did not support the Proposal for Declaration on Accelerated Development of Energy of Montenegro.
