At the 99^th meeting of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget that was held today, the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, was considered, in accordance with the Article 137 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure. It was noted that the Proposal for the Law does not create a fiscal impact on the State Budget for 2015, and it was decided that the above opinion, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, be forwarded to the lead committee - the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare.

Proposal for the Decision on launching a parliamentary inquiry and formation of the Inquiry Committee for the purpose of collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in bankruptcy, submitted by 28 MPs, did not obtain majority required at the meeting of the Committee.

In addition, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament for adoption the 2014 Performance Report of the Financial Stability Forum.
