Following a six-hour debate, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget decided to propose to the Parliament for adoption the Proposal for the Law on prevention of illegal business operations as well as the Proposal for the Law on real estate tax.

Additionally, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament for adoption the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax with amendments (three) by the Government, which had been integrated into the text of the Proposal for the Law.

The Committee determined assessments and views regarding consideration of the Report of the State Audit Institution on auditing of state guarantees of the Government of Montenegro issued in 2010 and 2011, and decided to inform the following on that: the Parliament of Montenegro, the Government of Montenegro, the State Audit Institution and the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office.
