At the fifteenth meeting held today, the Committee considered nine amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax. Those amendments were not supported by required majority of the Committee.

 The Committee considered eights amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Prevention of Illegal Business Operations. Two amendments submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić, Zoran Vukčević, Žana Filipović and Branka Tanasijević were accepted in amended formulation. Amendments 1 and 3, submitted by MPs Srđan Milić, Velizar Kaluđerović and Aleksandar Damjanović were supported by required majority of the Committee, amendment 2 was accepted in amended formulation while amendments 4, 5, and 6 submitted by MPs Srđan Milić, Velizar Kaluđerović and Aleksandar Damjanović were not supported by required majority, In addition, during the meeting, representative of the proponent submitted amendment which has become an integral part of the text.
