Members of the Committee on European Integration considered today the Draft Negotiation Position for Inter-Government Conference on Accession of Montenegro to the European Union for Chapter 6 – Commercial Law, discussing on that occasion European and Montenegrin law in this field.

The meeting was closed to public due to the nature of the classified document, and the Draft Position was presented by Mr Vladimir Savković, member of the Negotiation Group for Chapter 6 and Mr Goran Nikolić, Head of the Working Group for Chapter 6.

The Committee unanimously assessed as positive the Draft Negotiation Position for Negotiation Chapter 6 – Commercial Law, and it would inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration on it.
