In the presence of Mr Aleksandar Andrija Pejović, State Secretary and Chief Negotiator of Montenegro with the EU and the Ambassador Mr Vladimir Radulović, Head of Working Group for Chapter 31 and State Secretary for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, within the continuation of the 18^th meeting, the  Members of the Committee on European Integration considered the Draft negotiating position of Montenegro for Intergovernmental Conference on Accession of Montenegro to the European Union for Chapter 31 - Foreign, security and defence policy.

After the negotiating team presented the amendments to the Draft position which followed after the comments received in the first part of the meeting of the Committee, held on 31 January, the members of the Committee on European Integration unanimously gave a positive opinion on the Draft negotiating position of Montenegro for Intergovernmental Conference on Accession of Montenegro to the European Union for Chapter 31 - Foreign, security and defence policy.
