At the meeting of the Committee on European Integration held today, members of the Committee reviewed the Draft of the Negotiation Position of Montenegro for the Intergovernmental Conference on Accession of Montenegro to the European Union for Chapter 3 – Right of establishment and freedom to provide services and the Draft of the Negotiation Position of Montenegro for the Intergovernmental Conference on Accession of Montenegro to the European Union for Chapter 14 – Transport policy.

The drafts were presented byPavle Radovanović, Head of the Working Group for the preparation of negotiations on Chapter 3, Angelina Živković, member of the Negotiatin group for the Chapter 14 and Zoran Radonjić, Head of the Working Group for the preparation of negotiations on Chapter 14. The meeting was attended by sertain members of working group for these two chapters, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. The meeting was also attended by the representative of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget, the competence of which were the contents of these chapters.

After the presentation of drafts of negotiating positions and substantive discussion, members of the Committee on European Integration unanimously adopted the proposal for amendments to the Draft of the Negotiation Position of Montenegro for Chapter 3 – Right of establishment and freedom to provide services, as well as the proposal for amendments to the Draft of the Negotiation Position of Montenegro for Chapter 14 – Transport policy.
