At today’s meeting of the Committee on European Integration, members of the Committee have considered reports on the following negotiation chapters: 05 - Public procurement, 10 - Information society and media, 20 - Enterprise and industrial policy and 30 - External relations.
Key aspects of these documents, as well as progress in meeting the set benchmarks, were presented by: Montenegro’s chief negotiator for the EU Mr Aleksandar Andrija Pejović, negotiator for chapter 05 Mr Nikola Vukićević, negotiator for chapter 10 Mr Anđelko Lojpur, head of the Working Group for chapter 05 Mr Mersad Mujević, head of the Working Group for chapter 10 Ms Ružica Mišković, head of the Working Group for chapter 20 Mr Dragan Kujović and head of the Working Group for chapter 30 Mr Goran Šćepanović.
Following the dynamic discussion on the steps taken and the forthcoming Montenegro's obligations in these areas, the Committee members adopted by a majority of votes positive opinions on the said documents.
Given that considered documents were classified as “internal”, the meeting was closed to the public.
